Tim Camps graduated from Fonty’s University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, attaining his Degree in Physiotherapy with honours. His final clinical internships were highly focused on sports physiotherapy, applied exercise rehabilitation as well as manual therapy. Tim believes in a functional rehabilitation process, using the newest research to create a tailored treatment solution and working together to reach the patients desired goals. Tim is interested in further pursuing his passion for sports physiotherapy.
Growing up on Salt Spring Island and being an avid athlete, at the age of 12 Tim travelled three times a week to play soccer in Victoria. While juggling soccer, Tim also played basketball, enjoyed running and cycling. At the age of 17 he moved to the Netherlands to pursue his career in physiotherapy. Being an international program, Tim was able to meet a multitude of different people, allowing him to learn and appreciate a variety of different cultures.
In his off time, you will find Tim training in the gym, running, playing soccer or strapping on a backpack and diving back into nature. Being a newer member to the team and resident to Victoria, Tim looks forward to becoming a active member in the community, providing quality care and promoting a positive setting to those seeking rehabilitation.
